The most AI-visible plastic surgeons in Guadalajara (July 2026)
How often AI names each practice when asked for a recommendation. It's measured visibility, not clinical quality.

When someone asks ChatGPT or Google AI to recommend a plastic surgeon in Guadalajara, the answer names very few. Almost always the same ones. We measured which, and how often.
A warning before the ranking, because it matters: this does not measure who is the better surgeon. It measures how often the AI names each practice when asked — a signal of legible presence, not of clinical quality or outcomes. An excellent surgeon may not appear here simply because their information is illegible to the model. Read it as a visibility map, not a medical recommendation.
How we measured it
We monitored 10 real queries for plastic surgery in Guadalajara through the interfaces and APIs of the main AI engines, and recorded which practices were named in each response. The measurement is from July 23, 2026. It's a faithful measurement of what the engines answer, not an exact replica of every app, and it updates over time: AI answers recalculate.
The July ranking
| # | Practice | Appears in |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Dr. Daniel Robles Pereyra | 50% of responses |
| 2 | Hospital San Javier | 40% |
| 3 | Dr. Fadi Haidar | 30% |
| 4 | Dr. Marco Aurelio Rendón Medina | 20% |
| 5 | Dra. María del Carmen Montilla Muñoz | 20% |
Measured July 23, 2026 across 10 queries. The rest of the Guadalajara plastic surgeons we monitor appear in a single response or in none.
What the ranking shows
The story is concentration. The top name appears in half the responses; from fifth place down, most practices don't appear at all. That gap doesn't separate good surgeons from bad — reading it that way would be absurd. It separates the businesses that gave the AI complete, consistent, legible information from those that didn't: fresh reviews, data that matches across platforms, specialty and services clearly declared.
A practice with twenty years of experience but a half-filled listing can fall off this list, while a newer but better-documented one tops it. AI visibility is built on legible presence, and that can be worked on.
It's worth reading the shape of the list, not just the names. First place appears in half the responses; fifth, in one out of five. That steep drop —from 50% to 20% across five positions— says the AI doesn't spread its trust widely: it leans on the few businesses it found enough information about and reuses them. For the model, naming a practice it has complete data on is cheap; naming one it knows little about is a risk it would rather not take. It's reasonable to expect, then, that the top holds the same names until someone displaces them, and that the bottom is what moves as businesses improve their listings — but this is the first edition of the measurement, so we're describing how we expect it to behave, not a series we've already observed month over month. The good news for whoever isn't on the list is that this concentration isn't a lock: it holds only as long as no one else gives the model something to cite them with.
If your practice is on the list
You're in the game, and the position has to be defended. AI answers recalculate constantly: businesses that keep their information fresh and complete displace those that stall. Appearing one month doesn't guarantee appearing the next.
If your practice isn't
You're not alone: it's the situation of most plastic surgeons in Guadalajara. And it's fixable. The AI didn't leave you out over your reputation — which it can't access directly — but because it didn't find enough legible, verifiable information to name you with confidence. That's exactly the problem a structured, consistent listing solves.
In practice it's a few concrete things: recent reviews instead of a frozen wall, your specialty and services clearly declared, data that matches across Google, your site, and your social profiles, and a listing with no empty fields forcing the model to guess. None of it asks you to change how you operate — only to make legible what you already do. It's an afternoon's work, not a campaign.
Want the detail for your own practice — which queries you appear in, which you don't, and what your listing is missing so the AI can cite you? Request your visibility report: it uses the same data as this monitoring, and it's free.
